1 Source offers an energy-solutions team working with clients to perform site audits, proposals, applications for state- and utility-sponsored rebate incentive programs, project installation and final project management.

Interior and Exterior Lighting Services
Professionally trained and certified lighting service technicians perform scheduled lighting inspections, service and repair of all lighting fixture types including interior building lighting, exterior building lighting, sign lighting and parking lot lighting. Scope of service includes lamp, ballast and internal lighting fixture components troubleshooting, as well as light electrical troubleshooting and repair. Service trucks and equipment are tooled, stocked and organized to get the service call completed on the first visit. Electrical Services and Installations / Energy Management Systems
Professionally trained and state-certified electricians are dispatched to provide service/installations in the areas of commercial/industrial electrical systems, motor control, energy management, refrigeration, lighting systems, contactors, electrical panels and energy management control. All trucks, tools, and equipment are new, clean and organized. Our goal is to have prepared electricians to the jobsite on time and have work completed within the schedule given.

Data and Network Infrastructure
Journeyman trained data/communication technicians certified in CAT3, CAT5, CAT6& FIBER OPTICS provide network infrastructure installations and troubleshooting. All service technicians are qualified for register POS cabling, computer cable installation, phone system installation and repairs, as well as all other low voltage cable and system troubleshooting.
